OIE's mission works to eliminate barriers that inhibit individuals from attaining equal access to employment and education. Thus, OIE supports the campus in the following ways:
- ADA coordination and helping with accessibility barriers.
- Helping to establish equitable employment opportunities and overseeing compliance.
- Handling concerns of discrimination, harassment & sexual misconduct.
- Assisting the campus through education and partnerships.
